The D.C. Sentencing Commission regularly responds to requests for sentencing related data and analysis from individual Commission members, Council members, the Mayor’s Office, other government agencies, organizations, educational institutions, researchers, legal practitioners, and the public. Interested parties now have the opportunity to view and utilize data from select data requests responded to by the Commission.
