The District of Columbia Sentencing Commission published the 2018 edition of the Voluntary Sentencing Guidelines Manual, which replaces the 2017 Practice Manual. The 2018 Voluntary Sentencing Guidelines Manual should be used for all pleas or verdicts on and after July 16, 2018.
