This data is provided in response to a Commission data request. The analysis presents an overview of case filing and sentencing trends for persons who are 16 or 17 years of age and charged by the United States Attorney’s Office (USAO) as adults with an enumerated Title 16 offense in the D.C. Superior Court Criminal Division (hereafter referred to as Title 16 adults). The data includes all Title 16 adults who were charged in D.C. Superior Court between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2025.
