Rule 11(c)(1)(C) reports provide criminal justice partners and the general public with an analysis of the total number of sentences imposed that are the result of a Rule 11(c)(1)(C) plea agreement. They are released at the end of each quarter of the fiscal year to allow for quarterly as well as historic comparisons of compliance and sentencing trends.
