The Commission is releasing Parts I and II of a four part Fast Facts series on Robbery offenses. This Fast Facts series will analyze: Attempted Robbery, Robbery, Armed Robbery and an overall analysis of all Robbery offenses. The series is intended to demonstrate how the type and length of sentence may vary depending on the specific robbery offense of conviction. The first two Fast Facts sheets for release in this series are Attempted Robbery and Robbery.
