New 2022 D.C. Voluntary Sentencing Guideline Manual

The Commission has just released its 2022 D.C. Voluntary Sentencing Guidelines Manual. The 2022 Voluntary Sentencing Guidelines Manual should be used for all pleas and verdicts entered on or after August 15, 2022 unless otherwise indicated.
