The Sentencing and Criminal Code Revision Commission has ranked Assault with Significant Bodily Injury While Armed (DC Code §§ 22-404(a)(2), 22-4502) in Master Group 6.  The new ranking applies to pleas or verdicts entered on or after May 1, 2014.  The Commission approved the ranking on April 15, 2014.
