Modification to Chapter 6 of the D.C. Voluntary Sentencing Guidelines Manual - February 2024

The Sentencing Commission has made non-substantive modifications to Chapter 6 of the 2023 D.C. Voluntary Sentencing Guidelines Manual to clarify the rules on consecutive and concurrent sentencing. Please see the Guidelines Alert for more specifics.
