Adult Felony Arrest and Papering Rate Analysis Issue Paper

This Issue Paper examines felony arrest and prosecution trends in the District of Columbia between 2019 and 2022, by geographic location. During this timeframe, the Commission received data from a total of 21,725 adult felony arrests.
