NEW Rule 11(c)(1)(C) Plea Quarterly Report: FY2023 Quarter Two

The Commission has just released a new FY 2023 Rule 11(c)(1)(C) Plea Quarterly Report for the second quarter.

Rule 11(c)(1)(C) reports provide criminal justice partners and the general public with an analysis of the total number of sentences imposed that are the result of a Rule 11(c)(1)(C) plea agreement.
