The Commission welcomes Judge Danya Dayson, of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, as the new Chairwoman of the D.C. Sentencing Commission. During the Commission's October meeting, the Commission unanimously elected Judge Dayson as Chair. The agency looks forward to her leadership in guiding the Commission’s work.
