Assault With Intent to Kill (AWIK) Fast Facts

The DC Sentencing Commission has released its second “Fast Facts” focused on Assult with intent to kill (AWIK) offenses sentenced in the District of Columbia. The Commission is hopeful that sharing information on sentencing trends within the District will inform, as well as educate, the public regarding current sentencing practices.
