The Sentencing Commission has just released a new “Fast Facts” focused on adult felony Robbery offense arrest to sentencing trends between 2021 and 2022 in the District of Columbia. Fast Facts are intended to provide interested parties and the general public a quick overview of sentencing trends for specific offenses. It includes sentencing trends, demographic information, and Guideline compliance rates. The Commission is hopeful that sharing information on sentencing trends within the District will help inform, as well as educate, the public about current sentencing practices under the District’s Sentencing Guidelines.
