The D.C. Sentencing Commission has released its second video titled "Application of the D.C. Voluntary Sentencing Guidelines Pt. 1" on its new YouTube channel.

The Commission will be doing a deep dive into how the D.C. Voluntary Sentencing Guidelines are used to create sentencing recommendations with the assistance of criminal history, offense severity group, and other factors.
