The D.C. Sentencing Commission produces a yearly report to the D.C. Council which contains the following information:  

• Activities of the Commission 
• An analysis of the sentences imposed in the preceding calendar year, including adult felony sentencing trends and judicial compliance with the Guidelines 
• Modifications to the Guidelines including changes to offenses rankings or the rules
