Appendix C and Supplement 1 (Offense Rankings)

On October 20, 2026, the District of Columbia Sentencing Commission ranked the previously unranked felony offense of Violation of Post-Conviction Stay Away (Felony) in Main Group 9 (M9).

The Court shall apply the ranking to pleas/verdicts entered on or after October 20, 2026.
