Lapse and Revival Rules Training

The DC Sentencing Commission is available to provide training on the Voluntary Sentencing Guidelines for any agency or organization that may need or desire it. Please contact (202) 727-8822 for further details.

The Lapse and Revival Rules Training is intended for participants to be taught how to apply the "lapse and revival" rules for scoring older adult convictions and juvenile adjudications.
