Sentencing Guidelines Alerts The Commission has released the 2015 Voluntary Sentencing Guidelines Manual. The 2015 Voluntary Sentencing Guidelines Manual should be used for all pleas or verdicts entered on or after June 29, 2015.

The D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center is hosting training about the “Rules for Organizations Receiving Government Grants” on Wednesday, February 24, 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. at the Center for Nonprofit Advancement, 1666 K Street NW, Suite 440. If your nonprofit organization receives a government grant, you must comply with the OMB omnibus circular (the so-called "Super Circular") which outlines the requirements for the use and administration of federal grant funds given to nonprofit organizations, including cost principles for nonprofit organizations and the audit requirements.
