Keelin Herbst joined the D.C. Sentencing Commission staff in April 2023 as a Policy Advisor. In her role, Keelin advises the Commission on sentencing policy and best practices. Prior to joining the Commission, Keelin clerked at D.C. Superior Court for the Honorable Judge William Nooter, and then for the Honorable Senior Judges Christian, Combs Greene, Greene, and Satterfield. During law school, Keelin interned for two years with the U.S. Sentencing Commission.
