Maeghan Buckley joined the D.C. Sentencing Commission staff in October 2021 as an Attorney Advisor. As a prior litigator and prosecutor, she has brought a working experience with sentencing guidelines. Ms. Buckley works with stakeholders and the community to advise and educate on sentencing policy and best practices. Additionally, she advises the Commission on a variety of legal, contractual, and ethical issues as needed.
