Basil Evans joined the D.C. Sentencing Commission staff in December 2019 as an Information Technology Specialist.  Basil is graduate of the Virginia Commonwealth University with a major in Liberal Arts. Before joining the Commission, he worked as a Data Architect for Northrop Grumman in the federal government space, as well as at Gartner as a Business intelligence developer, and the Social Security Administration as a Computer Specialist.  Basil’s background in data architecture and administration helps the Commission utilize IJIS and MPD data in the District.
